Dr Marcus Chilaka
Provincial Pastor and National Pastor for Ecumenism
Pastor (Dr) Marcus Chilaka serves as the Senior Pastor of Living Water Parish. Being bi-vocational, he is also an Assistant Professor of Public Health, Health Management Consultant, Researcher and Author.
Pastor Marcus is also the National Pastor for Ecumenism, in which he leads on the strategic initiatives to build and strengthen relations between RCCG and other Christian denominations and groups. Pastor Marcus also serves as one of the Directors of National Church Leaders Forum (NCLF); he is also the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Christ the Redeemer College (CRC), the education and training institution of RCCG UK.
Pastor Marcus combines his pastoral, academic and research expertise to explore the intersection of the Christian faith and public health institutions in their quest to improve the wellbeing of individuals and their communities. Pastor Marcus serves in different capacities within the leadership hierarchy of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in the UK (RCCG UK). He is currently a Provincial Pastor; in this role, he oversees about 60 parishes in Region 7, Province 3 of the Mission.
