Pastor Marcus Chilaka is the Parish Pastor and leader of the ministerial team. He also serves as the Area Pastor for RCCG UK Area 46. He supervises the activities of seven other RCCG parishes within the Midlands.
Pastor Marcus has a Doctorate degree and works as a University Lecturer and Researcher in Environmental & Public Health Management. His special Christian gifts are teaching and church administration with emphasis on training and encouraging other Christian leaders to be effective in ministry. Pastor Marcus is also very inclined to the service of raising Christians who would occupy for the Lord in the areas of business and political leadership.
Married to a humble and highly dedicated woman of God, Pastor (Mrs.) Norah Chilaka, they are blessed with two daughters and two sons.

Pastor Norah is a microbiologist and a teacher by training. She serves as full-time Resident Pastor and Charity Administrator of Living Water Parish. In this capacity she partners with, and closely supports her husband, Pastor Marcus Chilaka, in the efficient management of the church.
A very humble woman of God, Pastor Norah’s utmost goal is to lead a life of holiness and to reign with the Lord at His return. This is the motivation for her Christian endeavours. As the Parish Mother, Pastor Norah oversees the Women Fellowship and Children’s church as well as the Choir. She also serves as Area Mother for RCCG UK Area 46.

Deacon James Egodibie is an Accountant and a Chartered Banker. He supervises the Sunday School and teaching activities of the parish. Married to Sister Tolu, they are blessed with four lovely children.

Deacon Jude Emelifeonwu is married to Sister Sope and they are blessed with two children. He is the Parish Pastor of Harvest Centre, Stafford (an offshoot of Living Water Parish).

Parish Financial Secretary and supervises the Prayer Band.

Minister supervising the technical and publications units.

Minister in charge of Evangelism and Visitation.

Minister supervising the Singles & Youth fellowship.
